This past Sunday, the New York Daily News reported that the NYPD was renewing an effort to provide reflective stickers to senior citizens for their walkers and canes, in order to make them more visible to motorists when crossing city streets.

What do you think is the most effective strategy New York City can employ to prevent seniors from being run over and killed while simply going about their business?
